The hotel is located in a really quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This provides a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. the staff is willing to help in everything, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel is within walking distance to the center of the town, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions.

The breakfast, which was not worth it. It would have been better to grab a real coffee in the city instead.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and directions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and good amenities.

The noise levels at night were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there was a construction site nearby that caused a lot of noise early in the morning.

I think the hotel has a nice atmosphere and is pleasant decorated. The room is not so big, but has space enough to not feel "in a cage" hotel, as many budget hotels. The bathroom was good and and towels were super clean. It is a 10 to 15min walk to the main touristic sites in the city.

Breakfast is not ok! There are no eggs, only white toast bread, one type of cheese and one type of ham. If you like to start the day with a good breakfast, it is not the right hotel. Never book this hotel with breakfast included, but check it out first. You can always eat in the city!

Spacious room, pretty comfortable, decent breakfast, basically alright.

We were basically accused of taking one of two remote controls for the TV. We couldn't work the TV and asked the gal at the desk for help. She said there are two remotes and both are needed. When we said we only had one, she suggested that they were there that morning and didn't offer any assistance such as asking the housekeeper about them. We didn't have TV access the entire time, and couldn't figure out why someone would think a remote from an Italian hotel was of any value to a US family on vacation. The location is much too far to walk also from the main old town center and other sites, so walking long distances is necessary unless you catch public transportation. The AC also wasn't very good and the temps were in the 70s-80s.Lastly, the safe didn't work and no one was called to fix it.

The great thing about this hotel was the immaculately clean bathrooms, a rare find in Europe. the hotel also offered a tasty breakfast with a good variety of options. What's more, the location was convenient for my business trip as it was close to the city center and public transportation.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - just a short walk along the beautiful river bank to the city center. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel right at home. Lastly, the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a modern and clean bathroom with a fantastic shower.

There was one small issue with the noise from the street outside, but overall, it didn't affect our enjoyable stay.
